With a decade as a CRNA and 14 years in nursing, Jenny is driven by a passion to empower others through education and mentorship. From a young age, academic hurdles led me to doubt myself. Without the guiding hand of her mentors, Jenny would not have realized my dreams. CRNA wasn’t just a career choice—it was a calling. Her mission is to instill the belief that your CRNA dream is attainable. With dedication and effort, there are no limits to what you can achieve. Over the past 4.5 years, she has dedicated herself to gathering resources for aspiring CRNAs, helping over 6,000 nurses advance toward their goals. The process of learning from you and pushing you forward brings me happiness. As a keynote speaker, innovator, and practicing pediatric CRNA, Jenny is committed to lifelong learning. Off duty, she is a wife of 14 years and a mother to five children. Her life is a fulfilling blend of caffeine-fueled activity and organized chaos.
Brandon has been with Jenny through her entire journey as a stressed Nursing Student, overwhelmed ICU Nurse, burned-out Nurse Anesthesia Resident, and empowered CNRA mentor. Along with his second-hand experience to her journey, he brings his professional experience in customer service, marketing, and sales to help serve CSPA’s thousands of aspiring CRNAs. He joined CSPA in 2020, filling in various roles as CSPA has grown.
As an Information and Technology Manager, Jessica thrives on creating and maintaining seamless internal tech processes and integrations that empower the team to work smarter. With a natural curiosity and a passion for problem-solving, she finds fulfillment in uncovering answers and implementing effective solutions for CSPA. Outside of CSPA, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, growing new plants in her garden, and cooking delicious recipes. Balancing innovation at work with creativity at home, she brings a thoughtful and efficiency-driven approach to everything she does.
Michelle holds a BA in Communication from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, and bring over 16 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and event planning to her role. She’s passionate about CSPA’s mission to help students succeed and achieve their CRNA career dreams. Outside of work she enjoys taking as many pictures as possible, scrapbooking, and all the beautiful craziness that being a mom of 2 little boys brings. Fun fact: She’s also a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
With a robust background in marketing and a passion for educational growth, Deanna brings invaluable expertise to her role as Marketing & Growth Manager with CRNA School Prep Academy. Since joining in February 2021, Deanna has leveraged her extensive skills in social media marketing, ads management, SEO and strategic communications to enhance The Academy’s visibility and attract aspiring CRNAs.
Her efforts ensure that nurses have access to over 140 hours of on-demand courses, CRNA Faculty-led monthly live educational events and a supportive community- helping nurses accelerate their journey into CRNA success. Deanna’s strategy not only highlights CSPA’s rich & robust resources but also underscores our foundational commitment to nurturing the next generation of nurse anesthetists.
Rj is the Social Media Manager at CRNA School Prep Academy. A graduate of BS in Information Technology from a state university in Quezon City, Philippines, Rj brings creativity and expertise to managing CSPA’s online presence. Outside of work, you can find him playing basketball, mountain biking, working out, or enjoying music through acoustic guitar, keyboard, and drums. Fun fact: Rj has a passion for fishkeeping and aquascaping, creating stunning underwater landscapes.
