We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on any CRNA School Prep Academy membership subscription purchase should you be unhappy with the Service in your first 30 days of your membership. This guarantee does not apply to any subscription payments made after your first subscription payment. To request a refund please contact us at the following email address support@crnaschoolprepacademy.com
All memberships entered with a special promotion such as but not limited to, a free course, t-shirt, stickers or any other offers, the price of the additional promotional item will be deducted from refund if the 30 day refund policy is requested.
You may cancel your subscription independently at any time by following the instructions outlined on this page or by emailing support@crnaschoolprepacademy.com, but due to the nature of the Service no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid, excluding the 30 day money back guarantee as stated above. If you choose to cancel via email, please submit your cancellation request at least 72 hours prior to the next billing cycle to ensure our team has adequate time to complete your request prior to your renewal date. All requests sent within less than 72 hours before the renewal date cannot be guaranteed to be canceled prior to the next billing cycle and no refunds will be made for charges that occurred from late cancellation notices. After you have canceled you will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle.
After you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service, including all content and community resources, once your current membership period is completed.
The 30 day refund period only applies to your first subscription and cannot be used more than once.
No partial refunds are given should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the Service until the end of your annual payment term.
If you have a promotional or founding member discount on your account, once the account has been canceled you will no longer qualify to reactivate at that same rate. Please keep your credit-card up-to-date, you will be notified of a failed payment before your account will be automatically terminated.

If you are a member who signed up prior to 12/1/2021, you will update your credit card information by going to www.crnaschoolprep.academy and navigating to “account overview”.
Members may only signup for a trial subscription once. If the CRNA School Prep Academy team finds you are utilizing multiple trial periods, your ability to sign up for paid or trial subscription in the future may be affected.
If CRNA School Prep Academy finds that any member has acted against any of our terms and conditions, forum and community rules, and/or privacy policies, CRNA School Prep Academy reserves the right to cancel that member’s subscription with or without notice and with or without a refund.
Non-Subscription Purchases:
For any purchases made from CRNA School Prep Academy other than the membership subscription, due to the nature of these products, all products and materials are non-refundable and not returnable, under any circumstances. All sales are final.
